About Me

Hello! My name is Kathryn Perrine. I’m a passionate digital artist with a focus in all things gaming: character design, level design, concept art, and animation! As a kid, I was inspired by video games and anime – namely Pokémon – to share my own stories with the world. I strive to create with the goal of bringing the same joy I found in those mediums to others. In college, I have grown to love working with others to bring a vision to life with my art. In my downtime, I love spending time with my loved ones, going on fun outings whenever I get the chance, playing with my pups Olive and June, and daydreaming of the beach.

Project Description

Wonderlost is a 2D metroidvania where the player explores the environment outside city limits to find their purpose. The game takes the player on a journey where they can traverse an unknown land for an experience that gives them the freedom that is unattainable in normal life.

What is one piece of advice you would provide to new ATEC students?

Don’t be afraid to make things, if you want to create – then don’t let anything stop you!

What’s something that is always on your work desk?

A framed piece of paper that says: “Follow your dreams!” written by Veronica Taylor, the voice of Ash Ketchum. And a hand-written note from my mom 🙂
