About Me

Hi, my name is Simon! I plan on working for non-profits and devote research to multi-factorial approaches for social problems, such as socially de-stigmatizing identities and promoting cultural competency within infrastructures that provide human rights services. I am also an adventurous artist who is always looking to expand my arsenal of skills with more mediums and new projects. So far I have taught myself how to paint with acrylics and watercolor, to block print and screen-print, and I have expanded into digital illustration in hopes of creating work to sell someday. I am interested in creating more for fun past graduation, but I also want to design as activism to increase visibility and representation of important social issues through media and art.
