About Me

Hi, my name is Anna. I am a graphic designer, photographer, and illustrator in the Dallas-Fort Worth area, looking to work within a collaborative environment where diverse minds come together to develop creative solutions. Outside of design, I can be found cycling around the area or exploring the world through cooking.

Project Description

Through the curious eyes of Noi Noi in this sentimental children’s book, one is introduced to Lao culture in an entertaining and reminiscent way.

What is one piece of advice you would provide to new ATEC students?

Look into opportunities, but don’t always immediately accept them. Learn and know your limits to avoid throwing yourself into self-destruction.

What’s something that is always on your work desk?

I always have my laptop on my work desk, no matter what. Whether I am designing or relaxing, I need to have it readily available to use.

What will you miss most about UTD after graduation?

Honestly, everything. The people, the environment, and the stress. I could never be who I am without all that I have experienced.

What’s on your music playlist?

Anything really, K-Pop, classical, Alternative Rock, French, J-Pop, Thai, Lao, Filipino, etc.

What’s your favorite memory of ATEC?

Most recently, the Comet GALA, that AIGA UTD, the group that I started with in my Freshman Summer, co-hosted with SUAAB. It was a memorable event that helped to mark the end of my time at ATEC as well as a memory of what it took to get there.

Where do you see yourself in 10 years?

I see myself as an in-house graphic designer and freelancer selling pins, plushies, and stationary.
