About Me

Hi, I’m Jordan! I’m a 3D Environment and Lighting Artist. I got into ATEC because of my love for filmmaking. My fascination with the filmmaking process started from a young age when I would watch the behind-the-scenes instead of the movie itself. I have an excitement for using new technology to come up with solutions for filmmaking challenges. I enjoy spending time with family, discussing Star Wars, and playing the piano.

Project Description

MeloLand is a place where music lives in everything. Trees, grass, and water dance along to the intensity and tone of any song to give a visual representation of musical elements.

What is one piece of advice you would provide to new ATEC students?

I would encourage students to reach out to professionals in their field. Never stop learning, and never stop making friends with fellow artists. Find something you love that excites you and make projects that push you to become better at those skills. You got this!

What’s your favorite memory of ATEC?

My favorite memory in ATEC was getting to work in animation lab on OctoNinja! In the lighting team, we helped each other push through the final crunch weeks to complete the short on time. I loved working alongside such talented artists!
