About Me

Hello! My name is Jessica Agbigay. I am a proud Filipino American from Houston, Texas. My biggest passion is video creation, but I also enjoy listening to 80s music and watching animated movies. I always try to find opportunities to listen to other people’s stories because they help me become me a better person and storyteller. One of my biggest life goals is to be part of a project that impacts people’s lives. Just making an impact on one person would be the greatest fulfillment.

Project Description

Kabayan Cowboys- Filipinos Living in Texas is a mini documentary series exploring the lives of Filipinos who live in the Lone Star State. This series showcases the stories of a community rarely spotlighted in the state.

What is one piece of advice you would provide to new ATEC students?

Always be willing to explore other fields in ATEC. There is more than just Animation and Games.

What’s something that is always on your work desk?

Sticky notes. When inspiration strikes, I got to write it down before I forget.
