About Me

Hello! I’m Anica, as you might’ve guessed. Currently I’m based in Dallas, TX, but I hope to travel the world and explore the various cultures in person once I get the chance. For now though, I love cats, and I hope to get one soon. I also enjoy gaming and exploring new places with my dog on walks in my spare time.

Project Description

A collection of soundscapes, each meant to mimic specific places, meant to be played as a background to daily life.

What is one piece of advice you would provide to new ATEC students?

Know what your boundaries are, especially when it comes to the big stuff. They define you as a person. Along those lines, know your limits, especially when it comes to both working and relaxing. Life requires a balance of both, and too much of either leads to bad results.

What will you miss most about UTD after graduation?

There’s a lot of things I will miss, like the Plinth, the events, and access to the library, but I think the thing I will miss the most is how easy it is to make friends and connect with people. In college, there are a ton of clubs and organizations (that are free to join) that anyone can go to, it’s just a matter of finding them, showing up, and looking for people you click with.
